At Icebug we love to see our products in action on social media. We may request to share pictures/videos posted by you on our own channels. Such channels are mainly our own websites (icebug.se /.com/.de/.no) but could also include other channels, for example, ICEBUG newsletter by email.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesicebug, you agree to the following:
You provide Icebug AB, a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any pictures/videos you have responded with #yesicebug, hereinafter referred to as ”picture\", in their marketing and/or advertising, Including in the gallery on the website, newsletters, social media, e-mail, and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing purposes.

Hereby certify and certify that (i) you own all of your rights to your pictures/videos, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person(s) appearing in your pictures/videos to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your pictures by Icebug AB will violate any third party's rights or violate any law.

Hereby, you release Icebug AB from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures/videos and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Icebug AB and all persons acting for Icebug AB Claim damages for all claims, claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

If you want to withdraw consent to share your pictures and videos with ICEBUG, you must contact us by clicking on the \"i\"-icon in the lower-left corner in your shared image or video published on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your consent.
